Keno goes home

Keno went to his forever home today!!!! I forgot my camera to take photos but they will send me some. Keno is the sweet little Shih Tzu with a cerebellum condition.

Canine Christmas

What a busy week! Vet appointments, 2 adoptions and Canine Christmas on Sat., Nov. 21, 2009 at the grounds of Bishop Animal Shelter/SPCA !!! Hope we raise lots of money while there by selling our toys, comfy puffs, magnets and dog charms!

Hope we see lots of our adopters and friends there too!

Willie has to go to the pet dentist on Monday, Nov. 23. The veterinary specialists the past few weeks have been exceedingly generous to Shih Tzu Rescue!!!!!

Maggie Mae and her new parents! All are very happy! Heard from them after they got home, she checked out the house, tried to get them to feed her their dinner unsuccessfully and met her new aunt and uncle. She was more animated and adjusting quicker than any of us thought!

Gina

Gina has also found her new home, finally! We are so very happy for Gina as she has been in rescue over a year and 3 adoptions fell through for her. Today she met a prospective owner, spent the day and they all fell in love. We are going to hurry with finalizing her shots so she can go "home" soon! Pictures of the new family later.
